We enjoyed our one-night stay at this beautiful hotel with lovely river views and had a great experience.

Magnificent and fantastic location, a super close walk to Church of st Thomas. Well-appointed and well laid out room overlooking the river. Early check-in, parking onsite...

The location was central, stunning next to the river. It was a short walk to the train station, restaurants, bars in the local area, and the main shopping area. - the room had a cable TV with on-demand movies, cable programming, and a microwave.

The personnel was attentive and efficient, we all felt safe. The rooms they offer were luxurious and airy with a beautiful view, bathroom, as example. There was satisfactory breakfasts with different pastries, cereals toast tea and said continental which consisted of cereals toast tea.

Marvellous location of the hotel in walking distance of the town centre. And we where adjacent to the main shopping area, now vacant shops and the center. Loved our rooms with uncontrollable heating. The breakfast was nice hot and provided with fried eggs and also continental which consisted of cereals toast tea.

Well, Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

The location is unbeatable and incredible, 1 km from Arc Theatre & Arts Centre. The stuff are amicable people. The rooms are spotless and immaculate with a laptop safe, central heating and an iron.

It has a lovely bar and pleasant and accommodating staff.

The location was great, just a £5 taxi ride to Stockton-on-Tees or nearby areas. the addition of a microwave oven, dishwasher, and coffee/tea making facilities was a nice surprise.

The restaurant had a modern vibe for dinner, and I enjoyed the hot dishes. I had a lovely view of the river from my room. - the staff were extremely friendly and helpful; they even assisted me in getting a cab.
